Two police officers from Hawaii were arrested after they were found forcing a man lick urinal in a public bathroom. Susan Ballard, Honolulu police chief has said that this incident has come across as a black mark on her department, as the officers had harassed the man after a trespassing issue.
Officers John Rabago and Reginald Ramones were focusing on a trespassing complaint, and they made the man who was homeless to lick a urinal in public bathroom. It has been said that following this incident the two cops were arrested, and will now be slapped with tougher punishments.
They will be facing $3,50,000 penalty besides 11 years imprisonment, and they have pleaded not guilty on court. These two cops have together served police force for 27 years, and are now placed on unpaid leave.
