Naga Babu has opened up on his ordeal of fighting coronavirus, which infected him in early September. The Mega brother has completely recovered from the virus. He was admitted to a hospital in Hyderabad.

Speaking to a national daily, the actor-politician said that he was worried when he tested positive, thanks to his history of bronchial asthma. "I experienced severe breathlessness initially," he told the newspaper, adding that he lost sense of smell, too.

He revealed that his wife Padmaja too contracted the virus after him. While Padmaja isolated herself at home, Naga Babu had to be there in the hospital for a week.

Meanwhile, the Mega family is gearing up for the wedding of Niharika Konidela with Chaitanya JV later this year or early 2021. She got engaged in August.
