Have you noticed Sridevi's guts?

That Sridevi is one of the greatest screen divas ever produced by Indian cinema is unarguable. She was a superstar of her own kind during her heyday.
When such a legendary actress wanted to make a comeback in 2012, you would have expected her to go for an established name. Instead, Sridevi gave the opportunity to direct her to Gauri Shinde, a screenwriter who was the debut director of 'English Vinglish'. The film went on to become a hit, and it stands out as one of the best Sridevi movies ever.
Five years later, Sridevi has repeated the same feat. The director of 'MOM' is once again a debutante. Ravi Udyawar is telling a not-so-straightforward drama, which makes Sridevi's gut feeling all the more special.
An 'Athiloka Sundari' with guts, we say!
