There is something around Bollywood that continues to carry its old world charm. When a pair is in love, a visit around the trees is a must. Now that's the kind of timeless romantic rendezvous Girish Kumar and Navneet Dhillon indulge in as well during the song 'Mar Jaayen' from their film 'Loveshhuda' which has just been unveiled.
What catches one's attention is the fact that the song has been unveiled well in advance, even though the film is around three months away (it releases on 15th January 2016). Now that's different from the current trend when sometimes songs aren't heard even when just a fortnight remains for the release. In that aspect, the makers (producer Vijay Galani, audio company Tips) have done well to introduce the music and the cast to the audience so that they get adequately familiarized with what is in store.
Well, it can be pretty much said that this is a good move since this Mithoon composed and Sayeed Quadri written number has in it to be grow well and be immensely popular by the time film is ready for release. A romantic number that has been sung beautifully by Atif Aslam, Mar Jaayen' also boasts of some eye pleasing direction by Vaibhav Misra, who makes his debut with the film.
The picturesque locations pretty much capture the serenity of the sound which ensures that the romantic in you would be happy to play this one repeatedly. Moreover, it is also nice to see this 'jodi' in action here. Girish was last seen in Ramaiya Vastavaiya which had done well at the Box Office. Now he adopts a new look for Loveshhuda and appears confidently in front of the camera. Moreover, debutant Navneet Dhillon is a delight to see on screen. A winner of Miss World India 2013, she has a glowing face and that works wonders for a fresh romantic outing like Loveshhuda.
The start has been good for the film, what with Mar Jaayen putting things well in track for a romantic outing. With three months to go for the film's promotion, one now waits to see what else do the makers have in their kitty to unveil next.
