The buzz is that some portions of Pawan Kalyan's forthcoming film Puli have been re-filmed. The film went on the floors in the last leg of 2008, when Chiranjeevi had just entered politics.

It was widely published in the media that Pawan included a scene as per revolutionary balladeer Gaddar's advice, and other scenes which propagated his political vision.

However, the scenes are learnt to have been deleted from the film altogether. Manya scenes were shot in Hyderabad in the light of the then political situation in the state, all of which will not be a part of the movie.

The film was scheduled for a release in December 2009, but has not seen the light of the day. The new date doing the rounds is March 31.
