British actress and comedian Jessie Cave, who is famous for her role of Lavender Brown in the Harry Potter franchise, took to her social media page to reveal that she has been admitted to a hospital after testing positive for Covid-19.
The 34-year-old actress, who is currently pregnant with her fourth child, shared a picture from the hospital bed and wrote, “Triage, once again…Anyone else had covid in 3rd trimester & had it hit them like a tonne of bricks for weeks?” She also sought advice from her followers on anti-nausea drugs. “Also - Has anyone taken the anti-nausea drug and it made them feel worse?” Jessie added. Responding to her post, comedian Felicity Ward said, “Oh honey. I’m so sorry. Like your body hasn’t got enough to deal with. Sending you lots of love lovely.”
The Harry Potter actress had also informed early last year that her (then) 3-month-old baby boy Abraham had tested positive for Covid-19. “I watched the news about lockdown from an isolated room in hospital. Poor baby is covid positive. He’s okay and doing well but they are being vigilant and cautious, thankfully. This strain is super powerful and contagious so I do hope that people take extra care in the coming weeks. Really didn’t want this to be the start of my families new year. Really didn’t want to be back in a hospital so soon after his traumatic birth,” her post read.
