Harris Jayaraj is currently on a cruise in the US composing songs for Yaan. A month ago he travelled to Bali to compose for Idhu Kathirvelan Kaadhal. He travelled to Rome and was on a cruise in the Mediterranean when he composed the songs in Maattraan. For Irandam Ulagam, he composed songs in Hyderabad.

We hear that the music director churns out his best when travelling. A source close to the music director says, “Harris is at his creative best during his trips. He loves travelling and comes up with good songs when he travels abroad. Sometimes he travels alone, but mostly with the director and his team. Travel relaxes him and he likes to compose songs at such times.”

“Director Ravi K Chandran is travelling with Harris and the team is expected to back to the city after a eight day cruise travel in the US,” the source adds.
