Jayam Ravi is currently awaiting the release of his upcoming films 'Agilan' and 'Ponniyin Selvan 1'. The actor has several promising projects in his pipeline including a movie with director Rajesh, his long-halted project with Ahmed titled 'Jana Gana Mana' and another flick with Ahmed (JR29).

We already told you that the makers have roped in Harris Jayaraj to score music for the Jayam Ravi-Rajesh movie. Now, the latest is that Harris has been roped in to compose for Ravi & Ahmed's 'JR29' as well. It is touted to be a psychological thriller starring Nayanthara as the female lead. As per the sources, the film is tentatively titled 'Iraivan'.

A source close to the project tells, “Harris Jayaraj has begun the composing for this film. Since this film also has a strong romantic track, there will be three love songs. The music will be somewhat in the zone of Harris’s work in Vettaiyaadu Vilayaadu.” This is the fifth time that Harris is composing for Jayam Ravi.

Also, it is being reported that the shoot of the film is underway and the team had recently completed a schedule in Pondicherry. The next schedule will kick-start this week, and Nayanthara is expected to join the team by this weekend. Stay tuned for more updates on the movie.
