Gautham Menon is a highly acclaimed director turned actor in the Tamil film industry. He is currently busy with multiple projects in his pipeline. Meanwhile, the renowned filmmaker turns 50 today. The fans and film fraternity are showering wishes on him.

On the directorial front, he revived the long pending project 'Dhruva Natchathiram' starring Chiyaan Vikram last year. Now, the film's music director Harris Jayaraj has given a hot update to the fans. Harris wrote on social media, "Started the Background score for @menongautham‘s film #Dhruvanatchathiram. in Dolby 9.1.4 See you soon in theatres."

This is an official confirmation that the works for Dhruva Natchathiram have been resumed and it will be released soon in theatres. Currently, Gautham is in Kashmir for the shooting of Thalapathy Vijay starrer 'Leo', directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. Earlier today, the latest picture from the sets of Leo featuring GVM and Abhirami went viral.

Dhruva Natchathiram is a multistarrer boasting Vikram, Aishwarya Rajesh, Ritu Varma, Vinayakan, Simran, Parthiban, Dhivyadharishini (DD), Arjun Das, Vamsi Krishna, Radhika Sarathkumar, Maya S Krishnan, Abhirami and many others. The movie has cinematography handled by Manoj Paramahamsa, Jomon T. John & Santhana Krishnan Ravichandran and editing done by Praveen Antony.
