Harish Shankar-Mega heros movie launched

Varun Tej has teamed up with 'Gabbar Singh' director Harish Shankar. The Mega hero's 9th film has been titled 'Valmiki', whose title logo is also out.

The film was today launched at Ramanaidu Studios in the presence of Dil Raju, Sukumar, VV Vinayak, Niharika Konidela and others.

To be produced by Gopi Achanta and Ram Achanta on 14 Reels Plus, it will have music by Devi Sri Prasad, cinematography by Ayanaka Bose, art direction by Avinash Kolla and editing by Chota K Prasad. If the screenplay is by Madhu and Chaitanya, fights are by Ram-Lakshman duo. The director is doubling up as dialogue writer.

A remake of 'Jigarthanda' (Tamil), its story is by Karthik Subbaraj ('Peta' director).
