Harish Shankar gives up government benefits

Harish Shankar, who owns a piece of land in his Kammadanam village, has today given up the benefits that he received under the Telangana Government's Rythu Bandhu scheme. He urged the concerned authorities to give away the benefits to some needy farmer.

The star director did this in the presence of the local MLA and the village's Sarpanch. Besides the official benefits, the 'DJ' director made a contribution from his pocket.

'Daagudu Moothalu' will be his next film. 'Seetee Maar' with a big star will follow later.
