A film on the 12th century social reformer Sri Basaveshwara strong follower and devotee ‘Mahasharana Haralaiah’ with 12 songs audio CD was released in the presence of Swamijis and politicians at Hassan recently.

Sri Haralaiah role played by Sridhar was not present (he was not invited like the previous press meet time) but Ramesh Aravind plays the role of 12th century social reformer in a revolutionary way was present to cheer up the crowd of Hassan.

Chunchanagiri Math head Sri Shambunatha Swamiji, Basari Ghatta branch Sri Chandrasekharanatha Swamiji, former minister HD Revanna, Channarayapatna legislator Balakrishna, producers KN Venkatesh, KV Ravichandra, A Devaraj and director BN Purushottam were seen with Ramesh Aravind, Ramesh Bhat, Ramakrishna, Rajavardhan, Vikram Udayakumar, Sheela, Swathi, Kavana, producer Kanakapura Srinivas were also present on this occasion.

Music maestro Ilayaraja ‘Shishya’ Jemmy Raj has composed the music for 12 songs that has devotional songs and Vachanas in it.

Director Purushottam is expecting 2 lakh pieces of audio CD sale in that 1 lakh CD is the demand of Haralaiah community. A coupon inside the audio CD is attached and that would bring two audiences free to balcony class. The CD is priced at Rs.120

‘Mahasharana Haralaiah’ is schedule for release in this month end.
