It's lockdown time and people across the globe are glued to television and digital platforms to kill time. While several OTT platforms are cashing in this period by releasing several latest hits, here's happy news for all Malayalam cinema audience out there!

Director Midhun Manuel Thomas, who is fresh from the success of his latest hit 'Anjaam Pathira', has announced that he is trying to get the film released online soon. The director took to his social media page to announce the same. He also revealed that unlike his previous films 'Aadu' and its sequel, this Kunchako Boban starrer flick will not have a DVD release soon!

Directed by Midhun Manuel Thomas, Anjaam Pathira, the suspense thriller won excellent reviews from the audience and critics alike. The positive word of mouth has the audiences flock the theatres in large numbers and grossed over Rs 50 crore at the box-office within its fifth week. Kunchacko Boban appears as Anwar Hussain, a criminologist in the movie along with Sharafudheen, Unnimaya Prasad, Sreenath Bhasi, Remya Nambeesan, Indrans, and Jinu Joseph in supporting roles.

DOP Shyju Khalid, composer Sushin Shyam, and editor Saiju Sreedharan form the core technical team. The movie is produced by Aashiq Usman.
