Buoyant by the successful release of their maiden Hindi film ‘Happy Husbands’ across the country, actor-director Anay and producer Suresh Sharma of Phenomenal Crafts threw a special party for media and the entire unit of their film at Hotel Four Seasons at Juhu on Monday evening. The event was also marked with an auspicious announcement of the banner’s next ambitious film 'Befikra'.

If that was not all, they also announced the sequel of ‘Happy Husbands’!

Speaking about the box office performance of his first film, a multifaceted Anay said, “It is an overwhelming experience for an outsider like me to have my first film released in such a fabulous way. The response too is very encouraging! Our distributors have informed us that the film is doing really well everywhere. That’s not all; they have told us that the film has fetched full houses in many shows at many centres which is nothing less than a feat!”

Announcing Phenomenal Crafts’ next film 'Befikra', the actor-director said that it will be an actioner to the core with lots of entertainment. “We have already locked in the concept and the scripting is progressing in jiffy. Once the script will be ready, we will go on the floors sometime in May end. This film will have both newcomers as well as well known actors in it. The biggest highlight is that we will be roping in one of the best action director from South for 'Befikra' because I believe that no one can beat the South film industry when it comes to action.”

'Befikra' will be hitting the silver screen sometime in September, 2011.

Coming back to ‘Happy Husbands’ sequel, producer Suresh Sharma said, “The response to ‘Happy Husbands’ is really very encouraging. This is the reason we have decided to make its sequel, once we are through with 'Befikra'. And trust me that the sequel will be more entertaining”.

‘Happy Husbands 2’ will be launched during Diwali this year.
