'A gun for a gun kills none'. This is the running slogan of Rithwik Sodhi, Vennela Kishore's madcap politician character from 'Happy Birthday'. On Wednesday, his first look was unveiled by the makers. In the film's recent teaser, Rithwik Sodhi was introduced as a Central Minister who distributes a gun for every household.
Introduced as a 'Nighty vesina naughty fellow', Rithwik Sodhi is also a 'virodhi' of a section of people. Going by the character intro teaser, it seems the ace comedian is going to have us in splits.
The film is headlined by Lavanya Tripathi. Coming with the caption ‘No Gun No Entry’, the comedy also features Satya, Naresh Agastya, and Gundu Sudarshan. Kaala Bhairava has set the tunes, while Suresh Sarangam has cranked the camera. Production Design is by Narni Srinivas, fights are by Shankar Uyyala. Produced by Chiranjeevi (Cherry) and Hemalatha Pedamallu, 'Happy Birthday' has dialogues written by director Ritesh Rana.
The comedy entertainer hits the screens on July 15.
