Santhanam who is ruling the roost in Tamil cinema as a comedian, whom every producer and director is vying to feature their films, celebrates his birthday today (January 21).

We must say, Santhanam has changed the scenario of comedy in Kollywood and has received as much screen presence as the protagonist itself in many of his films and the response the young comedian receives in theatres for his entry scenes in films needs no introduction!

He has worked with several top notch actors including Rajinikanth, Vijay, Ajith, Suriya, Madhavan, Dhanush, Simbu, Arya, Jiiva, Jayam Ravi, Karthi and many others.

He currently has a number of interesting projects lined up including ‘Oru Kal Oru Kannadi’, ‘Saguni’, ‘Podaa Podi’, ‘Vettai Mannan’, ‘Thaandavam’ and many others.
