Five movies and all five are blockbuster hits. ThatÂs Karthi Sivakumar for you! The young talent celebrates his birthday today (May 25). And as a birthday treat to his fans, two audio songs and video teasers are being unveiled from his forthcoming political satire, ÂSaguniÂ.
The film stars Karthi & Pranitha in lead roles with Santhanam, Roja, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Mumtaj and Nassar in pivotal roles. ItÂs a political thriller with Karthi in a never seen before sort of role. Music is by GV Prakash and the film is red hot in trade as itÂs a big release after quite long in Tamil cinema.
Karthi who initially started off as an assistant director to Mani Ratnam has acted in ÂParuthiveeranÂ, ÂAayirathil OruvanÂ, ÂPaiyaaÂ, ÂNaan Mahaan Alla and ÂSiruthaiÂ.
Post this Karthi has signed two films and both feature Santhanam. He has ÂAlex Pandian with Suraj. The film features him with Anushka Shetty. ÂAll In All Azhagu Raja is by laugh riot specialist Rajesh and is touted to feature Kajal Aggarwal in the lead role.
