Trisha is one of the top heroines of the time in Tamil and Telugu.

But the young actress, who hails from Chennai, is these days concentrating more in Telugu than in Tamil. Her latest release in Tamil (Aathi) is only a remake of the Telugu hit Atanokkade.

But why she is concentrating more on Telugu than in Tamil? Well, the spindly heroine has a reason.

She recently told a magazine that she is, these days, more comfortable doing Telugu movie simply because here they make her character much more interesting.‘In Tamil, all I have to do to is to run around the park and look suitably impressed when the hero fights’.

In contrast, in Telugu, Trisha had characters specifically created around her. She has spoken eloquently about the roles that she did in NVNV, Varsham and many other movies. ‘That is the reason I am concentrating more in Telugu,’she has said.

Trisha is currently acting in Stalin with Chiranjeevi---the movie’s regular shoot begins next week.

Trisha is also dancing for a song in Bangaram starring Pawan Kalyan.
