The teaser of the Teja Sajja-starrer 'Hanu-Man' is the latest headache for 'Adipurush', whose image took a major beating when its teaser was released in the first week of October. It was followed by a decision by T-Series and UV Creations to put off its January 2023 release.

'Adipurush' may redeem itself and we will know its fate only when it hits the screens in June next year. For now, though, the Prabhas-starrer has become a butt of ridicule in the wake of the release of the teaser of 'Hanu-Man'.

To be sure, the non-Telugu audience had no idea about 'Hanu-Man' till yesterday. But its teaser, powered by Prasanth Varma's imagination and a solid VFX output, has put the film on a high pedestal within hours.

Netizens are now saying that 'Adipurush' is a disaster compared to 'Hanu-Man' despite its budget being astronomical.

"The teaser of 'Hanu-Man' is many times better than the teaser of Prabhas' movie. It's a rude wake-up call for Om Raut, the director of 'Adipurush'. His VFX must reimagine and rebuild the film. Look at how Lord Hanuman has been shown in the teaser of 'Hanu-Man'. Learn from the VFX shots and the realistic frames," a Facebook user wrote.
