'Hanuman' is an upcoming superhero movie under the skilled direction of the young and talented Tollywood filmmaker Prashanth Varma. The film stars the promising young hero, Teja Sajja, in the lead role. Set to hit the big screens in grand style on January 12, coinciding with the Sankranthi festival, this much-anticipated release will be in 11 Indian and international languages, offering a wide-reaching cinematic experience. The promotional materials released so far have already garnered an enthusiastic response from the audience.
On the auspicious occasion of Dussehra, the makers of "Hanuman" have reaffirmed the film's release date by unveiling a new poster. In the poster, we see Teja Sajja, portraying Hanumanthu, confidently resting his finger on his mustache, with the antagonist, played by Vinay Rai, approaching him. A striking mirror image of the antagonist can be seen in the shades worn by the protagonist. The poster conveys Vinay Rai's character as a formidable foe, symbolized by an effigy of Ravanasura on his back, with the surrounding drones resembling heads.
The movie, which completed its shooting phase some time ago, is currently in the post-production stage. The filmmakers are gearing up for an upcoming promotional campaign.
Apart from Teja Sajja, "Hanuman" features a talented ensemble cast including Varalakshmi Sarathkumar, Vinay Rai, and Amrita Iyer in pivotal roles. The film boasts a musical score by Anudeep Dev, Hari Goura, and Krishna Saurabh, and is produced by Niranjan Reddy under the banner of Prime Show Entertainment.
"Hanuman" is set in the fictional village of Anjanadri and serves as the first installment of the Prasanth Varma Cinematic Universe (PVCU), to be followed by "Adhira." The story revolves around the protagonist, portrayed by Teja Sajja, who acquires the divine powers of Lord Hanuman and embarks on a mission to protect and defend Anjanadri.
What makes "Hanuman" even more remarkable is its pan-world release strategy, with the film being presented in a multitude of Indian languages, including Telugu, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, as well as in English, Spanish, Korean, Chinese, and Japanese. This international reach has generated high expectations among the audience, making it one of the most anticipated releases of the upcoming season.
