Actor Rajkummar Rao recently got married to his long time partner and fellow actor Patralekha. On the ocassion, Rajkummar's close friend and frequent collaborator Hansal Mehta took to Instragram to share a long and heartfelt note for the newly married couple. Rajkummar has starred multiple Hansal Mehta films including 'Shahid', 'Aligarh', 'Omerta' and others and apart from this, Hansal Mehta is the reason why Rajkummar and Patralekha came into each other's lives.

Rajkummar Rao's first film with Hansal Mehta was 'CityLights' where he shared screen with Patralekha who was making her debut. That is where the love sparked between the two. On the ocassion of their wedding, Hansal Mehta shared two pics with the couple and wrote a note in which he equated Rajkummar Rao as his son. The note read, "They say that the birth of a child often changes one’s fortunes for the better. His entry into my office one hot afternoon changed my life. My son, my friend, my brother, my muse @rajkummar_rao."

He concluded by saying, “I would imagine that to be married to my darling @patralekhaa is just what blessings from the almighty would be like. Two beautiful souls, one beautiful bond and many blessings for all the best things that life has to offer. This was truly the most joyous wedding ever, the wedding of a lifetime! #rajpatra."
