Internet sensation Nochipatti Thirumoorthy, whose recent rendition of Pathala Pathala from Kamal Haasan's latest outing Vikram, went viral, and got the opportunity to meet the Ulaganayagan himself. IN the Video he was seen singing the song with almost dedication using a plastic bucket as an instrument.
As the video went viral, it got him a chance to meet Kamal Haasan in person. In the latest video of their meeting, Thirumoorthy was seen saying that he wanted to take a picture with Ulaga Nayagan at the 2020 award show, but it didn't materialise. However, he said that he was glad that he got a chance to meet him
Later, when Kamal Haasan asked him about his future plans, Thirumoorthy told him that he wanted to learn music formally. Kamal Haasan is then seen asking if he would pursue music if he enrols him in AR Rahman's KM Music Conservatory, to which the 'Vaa Saamy's singer said that he will definitely learn and improve himself. This gesture of Kamal Haasan has won many hearts.
Music composer D Imman, who introduced Thirumoorthy into the film industry with a song in Jiiva's Seeru, immediately thanked Kamal Haasan for his support. He wrote on his social media page, "I’m so elated with all the proceedings of Singer Thirumoorthi! May you Rise Higher and Higher! I will be always a happy man adoring your baby steps towards Mighty Achievements! Thanks to Kamal Sir for your kind support! (sic)."
