US Consulate General Katherine B Hadda, based in Hyderabad, is fond of Mahesh Babu and his wife Namratha.  The dignitary happened to spend time with Namratha.   The meet was regarding a few short films that some creative individuals have made on anti-trafficking.  

After watching these short films at AMB Cinemas in Hyderabad, Hadda thanked the 'Maharshi' star, Namrata, Asian Cinemas, and Qube for their support.  "I am glad that these short films will be screened in more than 700 theatres across the Telugu States," she said.  

She further said, "These films are very powerful public service announcements. Asian Cinemas and other distribution companies that are going to make it possible for these films to be seen by thousands and thousands of people in over 700 theatres throughout Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, are to be thanked. Tollywood is such a bright feature of Telugu culture and it is wonderful to see this kind of co-operation."
