H. Vinoth made a huge splash with his very first movie 'Sathuranga Vettai' and followed it up with another stunner 'Theeran Adhigaram Ondru' starring Karthi. The massive success of both the films took him to the next level in his career as he got a chance to direct box office king Ajith in 'Nerkonda Paarvai'.

Following the hattrick hits Vinoth once again teamed up with Ajith for 'Valimai' which is said to have grossed rupees hundred crores in just three days. He is all set to the direct his third movie with Ajith and producer Boney Kapoor tentatively titled 'AK61'.

We broke the news first to you that Vinoth is teaming up with Vijay Sethupathi for a new movie. It is now reported that Boney Kapoor is bankrolling the project which will go on floors in August this year. 'AK61' meanwhile will go on floors in Hyderabad on March 9th and will be shot in one go in massive sets erected at the Ramoji Rao Film City. There are also a few scenes that will be shot in other locations including a foreign one. Stay tuned for the updates.
