Following a success in the recently held polls in Tripura, BJP seems to have yet again fallen to rampant criticisms. The demolition of Lenin’s statue has earned the flak of the local Communist party members vehemently.

H.Raja as usual has let out a controversial statement that has been receiving serious censure from netizens. The National Secretary of BJP has questioned who was Lenin and what was his relation to India, and how communism is related to India. He also stirred a larger controversy when he stated that after Lenin’s statue in Tripura, it might be Periyar’s in Tamil Nadu, identifying him as a ‘saadhi veriyar’, a caste extremist.

Even though the tweet is now taken off his social handle, saved images of it is being widely circulated in the web with raging debates.
