Music composer G.V.Prakash Kumar was first signed up as an actor for the film 'Pencil'. Now he is one of the popular young heroes with two super hits and promising projects under his kitty, but 'Pencil' has not yet released.

For the past few months efforts were undertaken to release the long delayed film.. The release dates have been announced several times but the attempts to release haven't succeeded so far.

Now the new posters suggest that the film will be hitting the screens on March 13 that is on Friday next. Bobby Simha-Nikki Galrani starrer political thriller 'Ko 2' will be releasing on the same day.

'Pencil' stars GVP and Sridiya in lead roles. The lead actor has also done the musical score. The film has been directed by Maniraj a former associate of Gautham Menon. The film has been produced by S.P.Raghavesh of Kalsan Movies and distributed by PVS Cinemas.

So as of now, it looks like the Tamil Nadu Box Office is getting ready for a Bobby Simha-G.V.Prakash Kumar clash in the coming week.

Tamil Nadu is bracing for the Assembly Elections on May 16, three days after the release date of these two films.
