Another important release for G.V.Prakash in a week after 'Theri'

Actor G.V.Prakash Kumar's 50th film as a music composer 'Theri' will be hitting the screens on Thursday this week. Next week will see the release of 'Pencil' the first film he signed up as an actor playing the lead role.

'Pencil' directed by Mani Nagaraj a former associate of Gautham Menon will be finally hitting the screens on April 22, 2016.

'Pencil' is touted to be a thriller flick and it has been produced by Ragavesh Under Kalsan Movies banner. The film recently acquired U/A certificate from the Censor officials.

The trailer of the film was launched by actor Suriya last week and it has helped garner the audience attention towards the film.

This is the first film G.V.Prakash donned the greasepaint and Sridivya committed for this project after the release of her debut film 'Varuthapadadha Valibar Sangam'. Both the lead actors play school students in this film. In the meantime, both GVP and Sridivya have acted in a few successful films and have launched themselves as leading stars in Kollywood now.
