G.V.Prakash in Superstar Rajinikanth's character

As we all know, music composer turned actor G.V.Prakash is acting in a film directed by Sam Anton of 'Darling' fame. The yet to be titled film is being produced by Lyca Productions which is also producing '2.0' with Superstar Rajinikanth in the lead role.

G.V.Prakash plays a gangster in this film and as per the story he falls in love with the daughter of another gangster, played by Anandhi.

It is worth noting that Superstar Rajinikanth is playing a gangster in his upcoming film 'Kabali' directed by Pa,Ranjith.

So can we say G.V.Prakash is closely following Rajinikanth??
