Gautham has reportedly planned to cast Simbu from Tamil, Allu Arjun from Telugu, Puneeth Rajkumar from Kannada and Fahad Fazil from Malaylam to make it a quadrilingual in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
