GV Prakash’s long-awaited ‘Ayngaran’ to release on this date? – Full Details

‘Ayngaran’ is an upcoming action-drama starring G.V. Prakash that is awaiting release for a long time. The film got a release date and the unending limbo finally reaches an end. Ayngaran is the next venture of ‘Eetti’ maker Ravi Arasu.

This movie was announced in 2016 and began production in 2017. Produced by B. Ganesh of Common Man production house, The story of the film follows a skilled socially conscientious mechanical engineer. The release plans of Ayngaran were always interrupted by financial constraints.

Initially, actress  Madonna Sebastian was announced as the leading lady but Mahima Nambiar was roped in after Madonna left the film. G.V. Prakash himself has composed the soundtrack of Ayngaran. While Saravanan Abimanyu is wielding the lens, the editing will be taken care of by Raja Mohammed.

SonyLIV has kickstarted their streaming journey in Tamil with ‘Vaazhl’ last month. Now, the OTT platform grabbed the rights of G.V. Prakash’s much anticipated socio-thriller Ayngaran. According to the reports, the long-delayed project got a firm release date this time. Trustable sources say that Ravi Arasu’s Ayngaran will premier on SonyLIV on August 13.
