"It is a cold blooded murder" - GV Prakash on Anitha's Death

The sudden death of Medical education aspirant Anita has shocked everyone in Tamil Nadu. Actor and music director G.V.Prakash Kumar who has been constantly raising his voice for various issues affecting the interests of Tamil Nadu and its people is one of the first from the Tamil film industry to speak about his death.

In his tweet, GVP has expressed his anger against the Governments, in no uncertain terms for the death of the young child. In his Twitter post in Tamil said "Anitha who was born with dreams of becoming a doctor in a house without a toilet is no more. The death of Anitha is the cold blooded murder committed by the power and law". He has also created the hashtag #NeetKilledAnita.

Actress Rohini has also expressed shock and desperation over the death of Anita. In her Facebook post she has said "we (Tamil people) have become useless."

Anita has allegedly committed suicide as she could not get a medical seat this year due to the implementation of NEET. She has scored 1176 out of 1200 in 12th standard board exams which was the criterion to determine medical admission in the state until last year.
