GV Prakash will be next seen in the powerful film, 'Rebel'. He headlines the titular role in this upcoming political action drama directed by Nikesh RS. Earlier, the film's teaser shows GV Prakash as a rebel who fought for Tamils and gave his life in a protest against the riots in Kerala.

'Rebel' is produced by KE Gnanavel Raja under Studio Green. The release date was announced today with a stunning promo. The movie is coming to cinemas this March 22nd. The 40-second shows GV Prakash's massy dialogue and the visuals of him leading a pack of protesters. This is going to be one of the biggest projects in GV Prakash's career.

'Rebel' features GV Prakash Kumar, Mamitha Baiju, Venkitesh VP, Shalu Rahim, Karunas, Adhithya Baskar, Kalloori Vinoth, Subramaniya Siva and many others. The technical team comprises GV Prakash as the music composer, Arun Radhakrishnan as the cinematographer, Vetre Krishnan as the editor and Sakthi Saravanan as the stunt director.
