Music composer turned actor GV Prakash has always been at the forefront of social issues. He’s never been the one who was shy to stand up for the causes that really mattered. Jallikattu protests, Neduvasal protests, Cauvery issue, Tamil chair at Harvard- his efforts towards these matters have been really commendable.

Now, in appreciation of the actor’s relentless support to the community service, he has been awarded with the honorary doctorate for social service from St.Andrews Theological University International. His wife Saindhavi took it to her social page to share the proud moment with fans. Sure it’s not only a proud moment for her but for all the fans of the actor.
