The much-anticipated film "Guntur Kaaram" starring Super Star Mahesh Babu has created a fervor among movie enthusiasts, becoming the highlight of their Sankranti celebrations. Scheduled for a grand release on January 12, 2024, fans are eagerly anticipating the spectacle on the big screen. Adding to the excitement, both the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh governments have granted permission for early morning shows, with whispers circulating that the screenings might commence as early as 1 AM.
Having received a U/A certificate from the Censor Board, the film is now ready to enthrall audiences with a runtime of 159 minutes. The first half promises an engaging 1 hour and 24 minutes, while the second half is slightly shorter at 1 hour and 14 minutes.
Despite the U/A certification, the Censor Board has mandated the removal of a couple of scenes. Instances where the word "Bhenchat" is uttered have been muted, along with a subtle reference to Bhumika, both in dialogue and subtitles.
Naga Vamsi, the producer, teased Mahesh Babu's dedicated fanbase with a unique gift – a thrilling combat scene featuring the superstar in the first half. Drawing parallels to the legendary Superstar Krishna, Vamsi guaranteed an exhilarating experience, witnessing two superstars sharing the same frame.
Delving into the film's intricacies, Vamsi revealed that the last 45 minutes would deliver a spectacular and mind-blowing treat for movie lovers and fans alike. He expressed confidence in Thaman's outstanding background score during the first-half re-recording, elevating the film to the status of a perfect Sankranti delight.
In the romantic subplot, Mahesh Babu is paired with Sreeleela and Meenakshi Chaudhary as the female leads, while stalwarts like Ramya Krishnan, Prakash Raj, and Jayaram play crucial roles in the film, adding to the star-studded ensemble that promises an unforgettable cinematic experience. Mahesh and Trivikram earlier entertained movie lovers with films like Athadu and Khaleja earlier.
