Guinness Record Holder Chiranjeevi expresses gratitude to all filmmakers, Choreographers and producers

Mega Star Chiranjeevi, recently recognized by Guinness World Records as the most prolific film star in Indian cinema, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all those who contributed to his remarkable journey.

In a moving social media post, Chiranjeevi acknowledged the role of producers, directors, music directors, choreographers, and most importantly, his dedicated fans. He stated, My heart is filled with gratitude... This became possible ONLY because of each one of my Producers and Directors who have given me opportunities over the years. ALL the Music Directors who have composed great songs and ALL the Choreographers who have given me some memorable dance moves. And all the moviegoers who have appreciated my work all these years.

The actor also expressed his appreciation for his colleagues, family, and the entire film fraternity, emphasizing that he could never thank them enough for their love and support.

Chiranjeevi, known for his electrifying dance moves, received the Guinness World Record on Sunday, presented by Aamir Khan and Guinness representatives. The actor humbly admitted, I have never dreamt about the Guinness World Records. In this journey of cinema, getting this award is unexpected and I have immense gratitude to my producers, directors, and fans. I have always been more interested in dance than even performances. I feel that’s why I must have gotten this recognition.”

Aamir Khan, known for his own dedication to his craft, commended Chiranjeevi's commitment to dance, stating, “Chiru gaaru always invests himself fully when he is dancing. Probably that’s why, we never feel like moving our gaze away from him in his songs.”

The recognition comes on the 45th anniversary of Chiranjeevi's Telugu cinema debut, a testament to his long and illustrious career. He has performed over 24,000 dance moves in 537 songs across 156 films, captivating audiences for decades. His contributions to Indian cinema have earned him numerous accolades, including the prestigious Padma Bhushan in 2006 and the Padma Vibhushan, India's second-highest civilian award, this year.

Chiranjeevi's heartfelt message and his humble acceptance of the Guinness World Record underscore his deep appreciation for the unwavering support of his fans and colleagues.
