Directed by debutante Atul Majrekar, ‘Fanney Khan’ has finally hit the theatres today after teasing fans with its posters, teasers and songs. It includes Anil Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, the one and only Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Divya Dutta, Pihu Sand in the pivotal roles. The movie is said to have opened to mixed reviews.
From the reactions that have been received for the film since its special screening and its release, the one that stole the limelight is that of Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan’s reaction. Being a huge fan of his wife already, he tweeted, “Just saw #FanneyKhan. What a beautiful film. A great message and worthy film. Congratulations to the entire team. Meanwhile, the power couple of B-town Ash and Abhi will be seen sharing the screen space after eight years with ‘Gulab Jamun’. The duo was last seen together in ‘Raavan’. ‘Gulab Jamun’ will be co-directed by Sarvesh Mewara and Anurag Kashyap.
