The trailer launch function of Nagarjuna and Nayanthara's upcoming film,'Greekuveerudu', under the direction of Dasarth has been done in the Annapurna studios 7 acre venture in Hyderabad.

King Nagarjuna, Dasarath, the producer D. Siva Prasad Reddy and the camera Man Anil Bandari have attended the event.

The producer says, "This movie seems to have come before 'Manmadhudu' as the age of our hero has been decreasing gradually. We are planning to release the movie on April 19th and the audio will be released soon probably in the second week of March. My journey with Nagarjuna for these 27 years is God's grace. I have no problems with him ever. Nayanthara has been like a family member with us and she has co-operated with us very much though having a busy schedule. Dasarath is an excellent director and he has done a very good job. The story line of the movie has been very different and it will become the best family entertainer in our banner".

Dasarath says, "I am very thankful to Nagarjuna sir for giving me the chance to direct him. He is the one who had given me a big break with the super hit film Santhosham. In Greekuveerudu, the hero will be an event manager who was born and brought up overseas. He will come for the first time to India and the series of events that he face is the movie. The special attraction for this movie is Nayanthara and it has been wonderful to work with her. The music has given me so much satisfaction and the work of all the departments has been outstanding. The choreography by Ganesh master has been remarkable and he has composed the steps understanding the hero's body language. All the characters are important in this movie and this will be the biggest entertainer in my films".

Nagarjuna says, "Santhosham is one of the best films in my career. It had got many awards and was also a commercially big success. Working with the director of that film, Dasarath, gave me immense joy. Even in this film, the family emotions will play a major role. Actually I was the one who has stopped the producer regarding the title as I don't know the actual meaning of it. But Dasarath has convinced me. The trailer released yesterday has got a very good response and all are saying that I look very young. But it is by the hard work of all the departments like makeup, costumes, camera etc, I look so young".

"Thaman's grandfather Sri Gantasala Balaramaiah garu is the one who had given the chance to my father in films and his grandson composing music to my film seems wonderful. The entertainment in this film will be very good. MS Narayana will be with me all through the film and Brahmandam's comedy in the second half will be even a bit higher than Manmadhudu. I play a man coming first time to India and who doesn't believe in marriage. Nayanthara will play a character completely opposite to me and she gives value to traditions. The scenes between us will definitely attract. This is definitely a matured love story as it well suites my age. Actually I took time for transforming from a spiritual character like Shiridi Sai to this romantic character", Nagarjuna says.

About the remake of Special 26, he says, "I really don't know how this rumour of my remake of Special 26 has spread and I even didn't see that movie. But as all are suggesting, I will see the movie and definitely consider it if I like it".

He also expressed his joy at his bike racing team co-owned with MS Dhoni winning in Australia and said that his team does the best in Delhi also.
