In a shocking news, a 60-year-old woman who operates a daycare center has tied small children by their necks to car seats for several hours in a dark cupboard. The woman is identified as Rebecca Anderson who is the owner of Becky’s Home Child Care in Texas.

The woman has also allegedly yanked a six-month-old baby and reportedly tied the necks of the children with laces to limit their movement. She has also drugged the kids with acetaminophen to keep them quiet. The police have arrested the criminal and have launched an investigation pertaining to this.
