Actor Vijay’s 57th film ‘Kaththi’ directed by A.R.Murugadoss is progressing in Chennai. The film’s lead actress Samantha celebrated her birthday yesterday (April 28) by cutting a cake on the sets amidst the crew consisting of Vijay and Murugadoss.

Now we have interesting updates about the audio track of the film that is being composed by hot and happening young composer Anirudh Ravichander. As per sources the film will have five songs and one theme music out of which Anirudh has composed four songs including Vijay’s intro number. Anirudh has also confirmed that Vijay will be crooning a duet number in the film cashing in on the success of ‘Kandangi Kandangi’ song in the actor’s recent super hit film ‘Jilla.’ It is also being reported that the audio launch of the film will be held in UK.

Another important update about this most expected film is that the distribution rights of the flick have been purchased by Sun Pictures from Ayngaran International and Lyca Entetainments who are producing the film on a grand scale.

‘Kaththi’ is expected to hit the screens as a grand Deepavali treat.
