Mahesh Babu follows Rajini, Kamal and Vijay

Director A.R.Murugadoss's Bollywood flick 'Akira' is all set to hit the screens this Friday (September 2) while he has already started working on his mega budget Tamil-Telugu bilingual with Mahesh Babu in the lead. The shooting of this film has started last month.

Now the latest we learn in that a grand set has been erected in EVP Theme Park in the outskirts of Chennai. A lengthy 40 days shoot schedule will take place in this set.

It is worth noting that Superstar Rajinikanth's '2.0' has been extensively shot in EVP. Kamal Haasan's 'Uttama Villain' and Vijay's 'Theri' were also shot in this location which has become a favorite of Kollywood.

The Murugadoss-Mahesh Babu flick will have Rakul Preet Singh as the female lead, SJ Suryah as the lead villain and RJ Balaji as the hero's friend. Harris Jayaraj has been rendering the musical score.
