In less than a week, ‘Grand Masti’ has already collected over 50 crore at the box office, and the film’s success has escalated the popularity of its actors too. One of the actors, Karishma Tanna was witness to the fan frenzy recently.

The actor, better known for her TV roles, was mobbed at a popular restaurant in Bandra. The situation became so chaotic that she was requested to leave the eatery.

When I got out of my car; some college students and a few others saw me and started singing songs from the film at the top of their voices. Even after I entered, they continued because they had a clear view of where I was seated, said the actor adding that while she was overwhelmed by their gesture, it was embarrassing for the owner and manager of the restaurant. They requested that I leave and take a parcel along before the situation became more chaotic. I had to eat my meal in the car.
