In the presence of veterans of the Kannada cinema industry ‘Darling’ Kannada cinema went on the floors at Kanteerava Studio on Monday morning. It is S team production in association with Samy Associates of TP Siddaraju.

Technicians of the film – director Santhu, music director Arjun Janya, cameraman Manjunath Nayak, Yogish father TP Siddaraju. Technician film indicates a new growth heralding in Kannada filmdom. They take the payment for their work from the business made.

The maiden shot for the film was directed by topnotch director Naganna and it was switched on Dr Jayamala while Sa Ra Govindu sounded the clap board. Sa Ra Govindu got the title of this film that was registered by someone. For me Santhu is like my son Anoop. He has directed my son Anoop in ‘Dove’ added Govindu the powerful man in the Kannada cinema industry.

Dr Jayamala after camera switch on addressing the media welcomed the move of technicians investing for the film. What they have earned is invested here only is a good thought and others can follow it she added.

Director Santhu proving his mettle in ‘Alemari’ a musical love story with tragic end and ‘Dove’ all set for release is in his third film ‘Darling’. The title has the caption of Local Love Story. Santhu has penned story, screenplay, dialogues and lyrics besides direction. According to him the youth oriented subject in ‘Darling’ would make others also to flock to the theatres. Youths give whistle and applaud it is a big receipt he says.

Dr Jayanthi looking at Sa Ra Govindu said he is the biggest hero among all. Yogish is a good actor and I like his ‘Sarasu….song and ‘Alemari’ is one of the good films of Yogish. Actors get chances very rarely to perform like that opined Dr Jayanthi.

Yogi is happy for team joining and making this film. I have no big expectation. I was fans of actress Muktha from one her films stated Yogish.

Muktha making debut is bit nervous although she has good experience in acting. She promised to learn Kannada language.

Dialogue writer Manju Mandavya expressed the film has the base of a real life incident. Whether the hero is darling to his lover or to his family members is specialty of this film he says.Mass Madha is doing a small role besides handling the stunts. He comes from village to city.

Producer Siddaraju disclosed that a director for the second time directing my son Yogish is Santhu in a quick span of time.

Yogish mother Smt Ambuja made the atmosphere look cool. She explained the situation of senior actor her son in the house and she as serial actress. Yogi my son should do good work otherwise I will bang him in the house stated Ambuja.

For the muhurut of ‘Daling’ Umehs Banakar, Anoop Gowda, producer Sa Ra Govindu, Soundarya Jayamala, Nela Narendra Babu former MLA, Swayamvara Chandru, Keerthiraj and his son Dharma and graced.

The ‘Dollu Kunitha’ was arranged for receiving the guests and also for the maiden shot that Yogish took part.
