Firstly it was Dr Shiv who announced no birthday celebration, secondly Kichcha Sudeep has made it as policy to not to celebrate birthday wasting his fans hard earned money, on Thursday it was Sa Ra Govindu conducting a daylong meeting at KFCC on GST kept away from the bash of his birthday.
