Goundamani is back

He redefined comedy, coming at a time when slapstick ruled. He, along with a formidable partner in Senthil, showed bullying could be funny. And the actor, who has been gone for sometime, tried regaining lost ground with SathyarajÂs ÂThangamÂ. Despite being applauded for his performance, he was not to be seen after that.
And now, thereÂs good news for his fans! The comedian is said to be back in full force in SarathkumarÂs ÂJaggubhaiÂ. The film is being directed by KS Ravikumar, and has Shriya playing an important role.
Director KS Ravikumar, speaking about the film, says it will be an action entertainer, with never-seen-before stunts in the climax. And Goundamani will take care of the humour quotient in the film, clarified the director, calling the film a commitment much before ÂVaralaru was made. And after ÂDasavatharamÂ, when I told Sarath I would not be able to do a small movie, he said we could go ahead and shoot this as a mega budget flick. ÂJaggubhai is being produced by Radaan Mediaworks.
