Gopika gets married

One of the leading heroines of Mollywood, Gopika got married yesterday to Ajilesh.The marriage was solemnised by Metropolitan Abraham Mar Savarios at the Mar Thoma Church, Kothamangalam.

A doctor working in Ireland, Ajilesh is the son of PP Chacko, Neryamangalasm. The marriage was kept as a simple ceremony which was attended only by a few relatives and close friends which was followed by a reception held at the St George Cathedral parish hall, Kothamangalam.

Another reception would be organized on Sunday for the friends and her filmi co-workers at Kochi.

Gopika, daughter of Anto Francis, Adattukara, Ollur had entered into films with the movie ‘Pranayamanithooval’, and hit big time with films like ‘Four The People’ and ‘Autograph’. She completed 25 films in Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu in her short filmi career that spans around six years. Gopika was considered a lucky star as majority of her films were surprise hits.

Gopika may, for the time being, stay away from the cinema-field for some time as she would leave for Ireland with her husband soon.
