Tandra Ramesh of Balaji Real Media Pvt. Ltd. is producing his fifth film with actor Gopichand in the lead. The film, he says, will give a fillip to the career of the hero. The untitled project is definitely a shot in the arm for the Mogudu actor for obvious reasons. For one, Ramesh is the producer of Tamil films like Uttamaputran and Osthi. For another, he is said to be very careful in choosing the scripts. Tandra Ramesh is currently remaking Yemaindi Ee Vela in Tamil, and Vishal and Nisha Agarwal are the leads in this one.

"An amazing script is being written for the movie. It will surely turn the tables for Gopichand. We are negotiating with a well-known actress to play the female lead", the makers have been quoted as saying.

Thaman is the music director. While the dialogues are by M Ratnam, Shakthi Saravanan is the cinematographer.

It is not known as to which genre the film belongs. Going by the fact that action films have been apt for Gopichand, it could well be an action entertainer.
