Gopichand was last seen in ‘Shouryam’ with Anushka, in the direction of debutant cameraman-turned-director Siva. It was produced by Anand Prasad on Bhavya Creations banner. The movie was a mass entertainer which was a mega hit for Gopichand compared to the commercial success of his previous hits.

Next to 'Shouryam', hero Gopichand is going to act again in the direction of Siva. Kajal has been selected to play opposite Gopichand in this pipelined movie.

Sources say that this film which will go to the floors in January, will be produced by Bhagavan and J.Pulla Rao together. The producers have been waiting for two years now to get an opportunity to produce a film with Gopichand.
