Google services down worldwide

Google's widely-used services have reported outage around the world. Barring its search engine, almost all its major services are not working.
YouTube, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive, Google PlayStore, and Google Maps have been reporting problems since Monday evening.
From US to India and UK, from Europe to Canada, the outage is across countries and continents.
Social media has seen more than one million tweets about the issue in less than 30 minutes. The technical issue of a global scale has shocked millions who depend on Google services for work, education and entertainment.
There is no official word from Google on the development, so far.
