Google pledges $ 1 million flood relief

Technology Giant Google has announced a $ 1 Million relief fund for Flood affected areas surrounding India, Nepal and Bangladesh. Vice President of South Asia operations, announced earlier today committing to fund the NGO`s - Goonj and Save the Children.

Both the communities are looking to help the flood hit areas by rebuilding infrastructure and revive life back to normality. Google`s CRT – Crisis Response team has also enabled SOS alerts for flood affected areas.
