Google deletes 25 apps for 'stealing Facebook login data'

Google has purged out 25 apps for stealing or phishing on the Facebook login credentials of users in an unauthorized manner. They have been doing it through malware.
Discovered by the cybersecurity experts of a French company, it was found that the malware was "embedded in a large number of popular apps".
Super Wallpapers Flashlight, Padenatef, Wallpaper Level, Contour level Wallpaper, Pedometer, Powerful Flashlight, Classic card game, Daily Horoscope Wallpapers, iHealth Step Counter, etc. are some of the banned apps by Google.
The apps had 25 lakh downloads before being removed.
